Complaint Review: Reservation Rewards

As others have reported, I found a $7 charge on my VISA card from this company. I was able to find the phone number and called their customer service. To their credit, the agent was very polite and he cancelled the membership and refunded the money. He also informed me that the signup for the membership was the result of a purchase that I made recently through buy.com.

I've sent a message to buy.com complaining about this situation, and informing them that they've lost me as a customer.
