i called to make reservation on the way to the motel. they took my debit card number. when i got to the motel they did not have double beds. only a queen . I had a coworker with me so i needed 2 beds.  i cancelled and they said that i would be refunded my money by reversal back to my account.     That was 8-18-12. i still have not recieved my refund. When i call the 1-800 number that showed up with the debit., i got a recording stating that sometimes the banks are slow processing the refund but when i called, the bank had not seen anything from them. Just the debit on my account and the 1-800 number.
