Complaint Review: Reservationrewards.com

Several months ago I purchased some clothes from A Big and Tall Catalogue and paid off the charges right away. A few weeks later i got a bill from the Big and Tall merchant with an unexplained 7 dollar charge on my bill. When I talked to them, they informed me that the charge was for reservation rewards. As I told them, I have not signed up for reservation rewards. They told me that this happens a lot but all they could do was have me call reservation rewards. I did call and was informed that I must have agreed to sign up for reservation rewards.

After much conversation they agreed to remove the charge, and even gave me a cancel confimration number of 7023777. It has been several months and many calls later and the charges continue to appear on the bill from the Big and Tall store and now they are adding interest. I asked them to close the account and they say they have but the charges continue to appear. What a ripoff. I don't want anyone else to have to go thru this.
