Complaint Review: Reservationrewards Or Reservationrewards Norwalk

After reading several reports on this website, I would like to share a bad experience. A company not known to me called Reservationsrewards Norwalk has charged me $ 10.00 for the past twelve months.

At first I assumed it was something I did not remember paying for. The first time I noticed this was after returning from a visit to US. (I live in Europe).
It's only now that I realise they have somehow got my card number from somewhere (possibly a retailer) and are charging it every month. I would think this is completely illegal. I have not signed up for this and am not receiving any service or product in return for the money they are taken.

Today I have reported this to Amex. They told me they "might" be able to revert the charges for the last 3 months. I think most credit card companies will do this if you tell them you don't agree with the payment that was taken and have not done any business with the company.

However, even if I Amex is able to do this, I will still be left with the unjustified charges of $ 90.00.
If I can find a street address for this company I will considering legal action to get this money back.
