Complaint Review: Reservations Rewards - orbitz

i recently booked a flight on the orbitz.com web site. during the process it sent me to reservations rewards. the scam was that you get $$ off for the next purchase. it looked legit and there was no mention of a recurring, or any, fee. it wasn't until i received my credit card bill that i noticed the $12 charge. after doing a web search i realized that this would have been a monthly charge. i canceled the account (membership) and got a confirmation email. i sent an email to orbitz and got some bogus response (with bad grammar) saying that it was my doing. this is a bad practice and i won't be using them in the future. i'm out the $12 but i hope someone else will see this message and avoid the ripoff.
