Complaint Review: Reserve Police Officers Association (RPOA)

Hello, I am a Reserve Police Officer and did a search on line for a reserve officers association. I cam across the RPOA (Reserve Police Officers Association). I proceeded to read there web site and decided to join. There were several options to chose from and I chose the $100.00 program.

The reason for chosing that program was because of the insurance the program offered. I joined in November 2013. I then was assuming that I would receive information in the mail concerning the insurance and some sort of welcome packet. After a couple of weeks waiting I decided to contact the association via phone. The phone number they provide on there web site was no longer in service, therefor, I attempted to email the association and find out a few things and the email was returned to me as non diliverable.

Well, I then started getting on the web and found allot of bad comments on the President of the association. All I want now is a full refund of my membership but as of right now do not know how to contact anyone to cancel my membership.
