Residential Gourmet Did not deliver promised goods, avoiding all attempts to contact them Phoenix Arizona

Residential Gourmet and their salesman Laurence Whiston showed up at our door during dinner time on 1/27/2016.  After over a half hour of fast talking and haggling he convinced us to buy 6 cases of meat from him with 2 more to be delivered the next week since he was out of those on his truck and had to go to Tucson to restock.  He took our check, gave us the six cases, and left.  A week goes by and he doesn't show up with the remaining two cases so we call Residential Gourmet's Tuscon office at 602-475-0230 where Dez tells us Laurence has been sick but the cases should be coming soon.  They don't so we call Dez who gives us three text messages in return, the third one extremely rude, all claiming he doesn't know who we are despite the fact his signature is on our recepit.  When we call Residential Gourmet's office in Phoenix at 602-795-7335 they don't return any of our calls and Corporate HQ at 1-800-760-7478 doesn't return any of our calls either.  At this point it looks like we've been well and truly scammed and will never see those two boxes but at least want to warn others off so they won't get taken in by this company like we did.  Avoid Residential Gourmet at all costs.
