They promise a Money Back Guarantee, but now are balking when I asked for a refund without them even starting. Heard too much negatives about them on a simple Google Search. My issue:

I initially called and asked promptly, that if I don't have a satisfactory solution, can I get my money back. Was told "yes." I didn't have $1500 to pay since I was unemployed, (or I would've just paid my mortgage), so she put a "supervisor" on the phone who agreed to do a payment plan. After confirming again, about the "Money Back Guarantee", I agreed to a payment plan, but was told nothing would be done until they had all the money, and wouldn't even get started until they had half of the money.

After paying $400, I decided to go another way. I asked for my refund, and was told I couldn't get it since I didn't pay and go through the whole procedure. So, I put up a fuss, and stated that I was told twice, that I could get it back. Then another person, Kevin, got on the phone and says I am eligible for a refund, minus $400 for the work that was already done for me.

When I restated about being told that nothing was to be done until I made another payment, I was then told, that work was done automatically after 15 days and they would send my binder to me if I still wanted it. He last said he was going to look into some things, and listen to the recordings and get back to me today. As of 8PM, I heard nothing.

If I do not get a refund, I will pursue legal matters. Fortunately, I had a lawyer that I used when I stepped in a hole, and broke my leg, to sue Regional Management for negligence. We won, and used that money to help buy the house, I am now behind on after being laid off due to a re-injury. I will post the end result here, regardless.
