Respresented themselves as a compnay that works with people to help save their homes by working with your mortgage lender.  This is far from the truth.  I received a letter from them shortly after I was denied a loan modification from my mortgage lender, said I had 30 days to reply, I stupidly did, but I was so desperate as I was behind 2 months on my mortage at that time.  I spoke with Emily Martin at 760-283-7548 had many calls with her regarding my mortgage situation, sent her my personnel information this went on for 2 weeks.  I was then contacted by their "underwriter" James Wright Sr. who said he would get my mortgage company on the phone and try to work something out with them.  15 minutes on hold he came back on and said congratulations!  It is rare, but your lender is willing to reduce your interest rate for a 3 month trial!!  Just send cashiers checks in the amount of $1,809.21 for August, September and October, sign a Cease and Desist letter which would go to my lender so they will no longer bother me to collect the payments.  Send these payable checks to Resource Property Management at 7211 Haven Ave. Suite E-310 in Rancho Cucamonga, CA 91701.  I did send 2 checks, on 9/26 my mortgage company called, they had no idea what I was talking about, hadn't received any money, no letter and told me that I have been scammed!!
