Complaint Review: Residential Voice Mail

I am feeling very misguided. I was doing a marketing survey when I was done a noticed an email thanking me for my order.I did not order residential voice mail they did give theircancellation website. I went to the website and of course,it was not available!! How fraudulent is that!! I didnotice someone else filed a report for the same thing. It isa shame that people take advantage of the internet that way.
