Resmac, will say and do just about anything to bring on branches, and loan officers at their expense. If you are somewhat successful at what your doing resmac is not your answer.. Spend the extra time and look around for a true national player who has all the tools you want, already in place. You don't want to make that commitment to only find - the tools you need / want are always in the works. The other thing to consider is their budget- as it appears to be tight. They will not pay you out if they can get away with it, period. At least 2 people including myself - are owed more than $22,000. This is a big red flag for anybody to consider - unless you don't mind not getting paid. Good luck
