Another in a long series od debt collection scams by criminal debt collector Doug Mackinnon and his co-conspirators out of Buffalo, NY. This one is being run out of a executive suites office at 160 Linden Oaks, Rochester. It is just a block away from his former partner and attorney Carl Steinbrenner, the attorney who could never get things right. At last look Steinbrenner still had a law license (?) and may be involved in this new scam to steal money on old, worthless, out of statute debts they have no documentatuion to back up.
This is a scam! If you send them money you will lose it, get nothing in return. You can go after the credit bureaus to have their information removed based on the Fair Credit Reporting Act (information is NOT accurate, cannot be verified.)
Mackinnon is under investigation by authorities, jail may be in his future, don't send him any money.
