The company called me with information about our credit card debt suggesting they could make significant changes to our credit card interest rates among other benefits. They said they get paid by the credit card companies and because of their involvement and history are able to get credit card companies to significantly lower rates. My average among 5 cards they said would be reduced to 4.9%-6.9% fixed. After they convince you of how much they can save you they then pass you on to the next level salesman. Eventually the $1997 charged to my credit card that they supposedly make being paid by the bank (?) is then made part of a recorded portion of the call, supposedly to protect me, with their guarantee to save $2,500 on my credit card debt within 8-12 months and pay off my cards 3-5 times faster. A conference call was scheduled with my "negotiator" who would call the credit card companies with me. I was told I would be pleasantly suprised at the end of the call with how they would save me money with the credit card companies when the interest rates would come dramatically down (average of 4.9-6.9 fixed) Well, after the conference call with 5 card companies only one was lowered to 13.99% which was at 25.99% but primarily because of some late payments. I could have called them and done all of this myself which is what they said I wouldn't be able to do as successfully. I told them it didn't look like they could help us and was told I would be put in for a refund. I tried to call my credit card company to stop the charge but was told would have to dispute it later. I called the number to talk to Jarrell Hendricks who had sold me so much erroneous information but they would not connect me to his phone and told me they would leave a message and he would call me back later. We'll see if they in fact cancel my credit card charge of $1997 or credit the charge?

Resolutions Center denies immediate reversal of $1997 credit card charge made on bogus service claims

After attempting all day to contact the person at the phone extension given it is impossible to get through. They delay any contact by screening "customer service" calls. After several attempts to have my credit card charges canceled I threatened to contact attorney generals office as well as the no call list for violations. I believe under federal and state law anyone has a 3 day right of refusal to cancel a purchase. They call on a Saturday perhaps so Monday can be beyond 3 days although it may be 3 business days allowed to cancel a purchase. I was finally told they would transfer my request for refund to the department that handles that for review and would be refunded in 30-45 business days. I suspect they will keep a big chunk of money for whatever "services" they can invent that they provided and only provide part of my money back. They did nothing for me. They called in violation of the no call list registry. And although I called immediately on the first business day after the Saturday they ripped me off, and charged my credit card $1997 they refuse to credit it back immediately which any company should be able to do. This company is a rip off!
