We ordered Resolve Herpes for nearly $450 for a couple in January of 2009. We followed the instructions to the letter, which included 48 days (and more!) of celibacy. We kept getting symptoms. We kept taking more of their booster minerals. None of it worked! Not even the slightest bit of improvement. They convinced us to stay the course for over 10 months. They stopped taking phone calls because they were overwhelmed with negative responses.
When we'd had enough, the only way of communicating with them was through e-mail, and they wouldn't give us our money back. Even though they had clearly been marketing this scam with a 100% money back guarantee. They said we didn't get tested at the beginning or at a 10 day window at the end, which no-one told us about. This DEFINITELY was NOT part of our deal when we signed up. They had to keep changing the rules as they went along as there were too many people who wanted their money back.
After 10 months we had no recourse with our credit card or PayPal. And because these scammers are in New Zealand they are very difficult to hit legally. I'm not even sure if this stuff is safe. If you think it might work for you, think again! There are other safer, and well backed products out there that I have tried since that really do work. This isn't one of them!
