The company is making get ready of your timeshare.
You must pay more than $2,000 to sign the agreement
The contract they submit is confused and misleading, but unfortunatelu only after you have igned you discover it.
In the agreeent itsays that you are relieved from any engagement you have on the timeshare as soon as you sign the agreement.
I signed on dec 27. I received the bill to pay my dues for 2013 on january. I sent the bill to them and they refused to ay because in the contract says that you must be responsible for these fees till the transfer is closed..... But in the contract it does not say that it takes more than 4 month to get te transfer done!!
They only get you because you know how difficult is to get ready of this kind of property.....
Watch out if you have to deal with them.....!! Read every single line and get attorney advise....they are crooks like te one that sold you the timeshare hiding from you all the troubles you will go through if you purchase a timeshare.

See my post about Resort holdings. They charged me $2000.00 and did nothing for me. They stole my money and will not answer my calls or return my calls. I have left several messages with no responses. Im going to the Better Business Burea with this. Be careful with them as these other posts all say the same, the contract is very misleading and so are the people that work there. I have a bank statement that shows they were paid and i still have my timeshare. Stay away from them !!!!

Our contract is NOT misleading at all. We explained and you agreed that your transfer will NOT be completed if the maintenance fee's are not current and the mortgage is not paid off. During our telephone conversation last night I offered you a 100% refund and you denied it because you want the timeshare transferred out of your name. At that point you agreed to pay your fee's that were due in January, as this is the ONLY thing that is preventing your transfer from going through.

Why dont you explain that we actually DO TRANSFER TIMESHARES and what you paid us for we are completing. Also in your post it might be good to tell people that you LEGALLY no longer own your timeshare because of the services you paid us for.
Every timeshare has different requirements, we are by far the most cost effective and reputable organization offering a service to get rid of timeshares.

So to potential customers reading this I ask you to listen to our audio testimonials on our page and watch our YouTube videos of satisfied customers. You can verify every single transfer we completed via the county, a lot of companies can not show this proof.

In closing I would like to set things straight.
1. If you own a timeshare and you wish to get out clean it MUST be paid off and the maintenance fee's current.
2. We do not charge up front fee's for our services, you pay only at closing.
3. Not every customer can 100% be satisfied, however what we can say is WE DO NOT RIP PEOPLE OFF as this blog claims. We do in fact get people out of their units for a very low cost.
We offered this customer many things including a full refund but he wants to continue so what does that prove? That our services work and he is just upset that he had to pay one last fee to remain current with the process.

We simply want to help timeshare owners legitimately get rid of their timeshare for a low cost.
