Complaint Review: RESORT EXCHANGE INTERNATIONAL

Who knows where this company is located??? Philly, Florida where ever the whole group should be behind bars!!! It starts with a lovely gal named Abi that calls and feeds you a line of bull. Then it's followed up by a gentleman named Colin Smith. After several questions I was almost ready to do this but my gut said no!!! Well they charged my card anyways I have reported it to the BBB with not one response.

I spoke to a "manager" on April 2nd and this was the email he sent back to my~ Reference to your telephone conversation James today. In regards to a refund of ($300.00) We will be issuing you a refund by the end of this month. We do humbly apologies about the confusion and we look forward to making this a seamless procedure.

Well guess what know they do not respond to email phones disconnected and website gone. How do we get ou rmoney back???
