In March, 2013 I paid $1207 to transfer the title of my timeshare. They had me sign a contract that limited my contacting the timeshare company. They kept telling me it was being worked on and in December 2013 I found out from my resort that the transfer paperwork was not submitted correctly. For more than six months they did nothing except file an illegal transfer with the County. The resort advised them of the paperwork they needed in December, 2013. After several phone calls they said it's being worked on and they misrepresented (flat out lied) about sending the paperwork in January, 2014. No paperwork has been received and no monies were transferred to pay the fees to effect the transfer. I had to pay another $699 for the transfer fees in January 2014 when in fact as of this date no monies have been received by the timeshare company to finalize the transfer.

They insist they spoke to someone in the beginning of May, 2014 however after checking no calls were received. The contract is restrictive and worded so they can drag on their services hoping I would give up. I'm now in contact with my bank sending them all the correspondence to dispute the charge.

I am a senior over 70 with medical issues and this has made me sick by stressing me out as I was willing to spend the money to get out of the timeshare because I don't have the funds to keep paying the fees yearly and now I am out $1900.

Do not use their services as it is a scam.
