Complaint Review: Resort Relief Professionals

On June 26, 2014 I signed a written agreement with Timeshare Relief Professionals for the disposal of my timeshare. The contract stated that I would pay them $2500 for their services I paid $1500 down and the remaining balance in $500 increments the final one being sent on October 1. The representative who came to my home and with whom I signed the contract is Neil Maffettone cell 386-257-1376. I have called Neil on this number before but recently when I tried to call him a man answers but says he's not Neil and he's never heard of him, I have spoken with Josh Schmidt many times by phone and text messages, but he no longer responds to calls and messages. I believe Josh Schmidt is the owner of the company 386-225-4650 and 904-444-7168. Josh did say the company was having problems but he assured me that my timeshare transfer would be taken care of. No one at RRP responses to text or answers any of my calls. I have called the main phone number for Resort Relief Professionals and no one answers at that number either. 844-257-1376. Lee Stockton at Timeshare Outlet who was hired to do the deed transfer has informed me that everything is ready and that Josh Schmidt just needs to pay the invoice and get The necessary paperwork to the Americano Beach Resort so the transaction can be completed and I will be timeshare free.
