I called three times to this company in order to make a payment.  This was my first payment and i wanted to gove them a credit card number in order for them to debit my accouont every month so I would not have to write checks.  They refused to take a payment unless I played 20 questions with them so that they could confirm I am who I claim to be.  When I asked them if anyone had tried to make payments for an account that wasn't theirs the said no.  They gave me a web site to go to so that I could make a payment, however, the web site (Resortcom.com) would not allow you to make a payment. After trying for 25 minutes I called again and Zdenka told me the website was down and would be down until October. 

Resort Com claims the reason they could not help was because they did not want to gove out any personal information on the account.  I informed them that I did not want any information, all i wanted to do was give them a cred card number to charge my account every month all too no avail.  Why do comopanies insist on upsetting customers like this?
