I received a call from a Justin Styles at Resorts Condos Management saying he has a buyer for my timeshare. I do not know how he got my phone number. The buyer has been approved thru Financing and all he needed was for me to send him $1450.00 for the Deed Clearing Packet (whatever that is). He said that since the buyer has been approved that the money is just sitting there waiting for closing, and that I had only 48 hrs to send him $1450.00. Justin Styles has a gmail email account (which anybody can set up) and does not respond to emails. On the web site home page that he gave me, ResortsCondosManagement.com, the phone number is an 888 number and if you call it you must press 0 to speak with an operator however you have to leave a voice mail and you will never receive a call back, believe me I know. Also their home page has two email addresses, one which does not work (I received a message undeliverable), and the other I received a successful delivery receipt however never received a read receipt. So the email made it but nobody ever opened the email much less responded back to me.

Justin Styles mysteriously changed his phone number after the 48 hrs had passed. I did not pursue this offer as it just seemed too suspicious. So about a week or two later he called back, from a Private Name Private Number. When I told him that I wouldn't be proceeding he said that since the buyer already went thru processing that I will be responsible for the $1450.00 and that a lean would be put on my timeshare property. However let me quote him on this, "you can eat the lean and shove it up your a*s", which I found very funny. He also said that he has my home address and that he would be going to Barnes-n-Noble to fill out magazine clippings using my home address so that I would receive tons and tons of magazine junk mail. He then proceeded to say that "he hopes a hurricane blows thru and wipes out my double-wide". Now I don't know if its just me but this is not very professional. It's more comedic so maybe this Justin Styles character is in the wrong business. Maybe instead of ripping people off pretending to sell their timeshares, maybe he should try being a stand-up comedian. I mean in my opinion he is a clown.

I am so glad that I didn't fall for this SCAM. What company contacts someone asking if they want to sell their timeshare, but cannot provide any documents/contracts/legitimate contact information to make the seller feel comfortable.

There is much more I can put in here, from having the mysterious "buyer" call me (another suspicious conversation) to the further insults this a*s clown Justin threw at me.

I hope nobody ever falls for anything like this, I am so glad I did not. And from the sound of it, ResortsCondosManagement is not happy about me not falling for it either.
