Complaint Review: Resorts International And Travel

After the 180 days of waiting for the sale we unfortunately never heard from this company again. After several attempts to try and contact the sales rep Joel Ansell, he was never available.

I was always promised a return phone call when he came in and that never happened. The manager spoke to me and also promised to check in to our sale. After months of this nothing happened. I tried to call them again several months later and the number was not in service any longer.

So after all of this it seems that I too have been ripped off. Something needs to be done about this so called company. A lot of peoples hard earned money went into this with the faith that something would be done and we were all taken advantage of.
