I signed a contract in 2005 with RIM. I was also steered to this house of scam when I purchased a time share in Mexico. While some think the developers were in cahoots with these crooks, I'm not so sure. Throughout 2006 I wrote letters, e-mails and called. They never responded to any communications.

I have now started to communicate with the Florida Consumer Services. I have just mailed in my documentation. If I must go to Pompano Beach and appear in small claims, I shall. ( I'll make a vacation out of it). It is the responsibility of government to put these law-breaking individuals out of business and order them to reimburse the victims. I will not give up now that I have finally focused on them.

If you are serious about fighting back, you must act. Just complaining in blogs doesn't stop them, because we sign these contracts and get charged at the point of sale. However, it will be a stronger case if everyone who has done business with these thieves speaks out. To think that they are still doing business as usual is highly offensive.

Here is the source I used:http://myfloridalegal.com/consumer. File a complaint. Fight for your rights as a consumer. I want to see them exposed on a national network news magazine. I'm ready for them. Solidarity!
