This time last year I paid R.I.T $500 to sell my timeshare. Before I paid the company, I had Tom Russell and Donnie Holiday SIGN a document confirming that if my timeshare did not sell or rent and did not receive an offer, I would receive a full refund. Not only did I not receive an offer, but I tried over 50 times to get a hold of this company and never heard back. It started out that they would not return messages ranging to the phone numbers not even existing. My last call was 2 weeks ago and it went to another company. I would love to nail their asses to the wall and sue the s**t out of them if anyone is interested. I have Tom Russell's signature and loads of correspondence in a file to help the cause. Please advise.

Tom Russell is the Director of Customer Service for Resorts International and Travel and should be held accountable for stealing peoples money. There is no way to get in contact with this company and I have documentation along with signatures promising me my money if they did not come through in 6 months.
