In May, 2004, We were inticed to buy after 4 hours of tours and high pressure. We were told that a unit had just been traded in and that we could get it at 1/3 off the selling price. The site was pretty, and the property, according to the sales agent, was going to have a water park and golf within a year-Still not there. Also, our week could be split one time for 2 long weekends - NOT.

We made the down-payment and asked to be given 30 days to pay for the property with no interest. We sent a check-in full- in June, 2004 to pay for the property on our closing papers. After numerous calls and many stories, We have yet to get a receipt for our full payment of the property, much less a deed.

Now, it seems that the unit # on our contract (the one we bought) has changed and may not even be built yet. Our contract says by Oct. 2005 (in very fine print on the back). The last call to Vera was that it was in the title office, but that she would send us a receipt for payment. She also said that the unit# on the closing papers did not mean a thing. Really!!!???

It has been another 30 days, and no receipt. And, we cannot even get reservations for our week. Funny, you can get weeks on the internet. Seems they are selling them and not giving owners their rightful time. I am fed up!!!! We do need to get together.
