Resota Corporation is a deceptive ripoff; They lied to us about the amount of acres we were buying. Panama City, Florida
We purchased property from RESOTA CORPORATION in Panama City Fl.In Febuarary of 2002. It has a mobile home 3br. 2ba. the property on the deed says we are financing almost 2 acres.
We were having a conversation with the former owners of the property one night and mentioned that we like the almost 2 acres. He replied that it is only 1 acre and exactly 1 acre.
We are unsure of what we can do about this. We know it is fraud and their has to be a consumer law to protect people like us. Also the mobile home we bought with the propertyit substandard housing meaning trash. We were not informed of this nothing was disclosed about the house. Not only does it leaks but on average our power bill runs $300.00 a month.
Please tell us what we can do or if we even have a leg to stand on.
