Complaint Review: Resources For Child Caring

I signed up for a training class with Resources for Child caring it cost $65.00 I could not attend due to complications. I called in the early morning of the class day to let them know I couldn't attend, I recieved a call back the day after in the late afternoon to say that I couldn't reschedule my class date, I would have to re-pay and I wouldn't be able to get a credit voucher or my money back! I feel this is extremely unfair practice they do not have the right to retain my money or not let me attend a different class date.
