Complaint Review: Response Analytics

Response Analytics owes me money. Respnse Analytics does not pay its invoices for hours worked. I was hired as an Independent contractor with a signed agreement with Response Analytics to perform new business lead generation. The SR VP of Marketing Tim Manning chose not to pay me for the hours worked. Response Analytics currently owes me $1800. for hours worked in the months of December 2008 and January 2009. Tim Manning says he wont pay because he didnt like the results. Results were not a measured metric for hourly pay per our signed agreement. He paid my invoices for hours worked before and after these dates. His actions are different than his words.
I have emailed and left phone messages for Response Analytics Brent Lippman, Chief Executive Officer / Co-Founder, he has chosen not to ignore this situation.
This is a warning to any person who may consider working as an employee or company using their product. Companies beware of using Response Analytics because this lack of payment reflects ethics and honor.
