I recently was approved and purchased auto insurance from this company for our 3 cars that my wife and I drive. Our insurance went into effect June 23
2008. I am 56 years old and my wife is 51 years old. We have excellent driving records and are rated highly as good drivers. This company started harassing
by mail that we needed to povide addtional information.

They stated in this letter that there records indicated Kenny Cunnignham is a possible addtional driver in our household and to provide his full name, date of birth and license information..

And to provide proof that Kenny Cunningham (our son) has his own vehicle and insurance. o why this company gave us insurance in the first place. We left 21st century because this company greeted us and persuasded us to
buy thier insurance. Beside the fact that our son Kenny Cunningham is 22 years old and does not drive our cars or live with us.

Now they have sent to letter telling us that they are cancanelling ther insuracne effective 9-12-2008. They not only sent one letter to tell us they are canceling
but two letters. Both letters we recieved August 19th- and 20th 2008 concernign the canceling inforamtion becsuse we failed to provide infroamtion about out son. I belive this is a invasion of his personnel rights to ask us to provide information abourt where he lives and his licensce# as well as vehicle status and insuracne.
We in fact did mail this company and fax information about where he lives.We will not provide the insurance company any other information it is not our
business or the insurance company's business if he has insurance or not.

He lives as a adult not under our supervision. As well we did fax to this company a statemtn telling them that he dpoes not live with us, taht was on 8/19/2008. You would have thought they would have attemtped to contact us at home by phone since i am writing this on 8/25/2008. But they have not

This compnay wants it one way there way and I woudl not recommend them becasue of there stiff attiditues. it like they are doing me a favor. I regret
swithcin my insuraNCE WITH A GOOD COMPANY who we had for 10 years with no problems.

I have been forced by this company to seek out other insurance. THEY WASTED MY TIME AN EFFORT SWITCHING TO THEM
