I was called by this company as a request for debt help. I made a unrepairable choice by hiring this company after a conversation with a fast talking salesperson. I had already chosen another company that was courteous and friendly but, I went with these con-artists because because they told me how bad the other company's were....this should have been my first clue to whom I was dealing with. After I was forced to sign the contract by scaring me to death, the rest goes down hill from there. I have had trouble with every payment I made and no customer service to help me. I did more research and found that the building they show on their website wasn't where they are located. They have no credentials. I am now going with a TASC company as I should have in the first place.

First, I signed up with this company on a 4 year program last July. I am already completely debt free as of last month (May)!!!!

I was scared but I was also desperate so I took the chance. Everyone in my family kept telling me I was making a mistake, my credit would be ruined, they would just take my money and not do anything...

I am out of debt!!! And it was worth it!!!

My experience with the staff was always positive. You could tell the person who first contacted me knew what they were talking about. They were very helpful, they did answer my questions and this might be considered by some to be "fast-talking" but my impression was they were passionate and knew their stuff.

I signed up online and it is only an agreement, not a contract. If you READ the document it is obvious it is just an agreement.

Everytime I needed to talk to someone they were super helpful. I was almost always able to talk to my counselor and it was nice dealing with the same people and not some call center.

I'm not sure saddend did any research. This company is bonded, they are a member of the United States Chamber of Commerce as well as several other agencies - this is all on their website and I just called these organizations and verified the information was correct. They are located on Central Expressway in Plano/Allen, TX - I know, I drive by BOTH their buildings every day going to work. Maybe saddend did a google search and the map might not be correct?

And that TASC he mentioned - read their disclaimer - they don't regulate any of their members!! What is the point of that?
