restaurant.com Fraudulent stipulations intenet
I purchased restaurant.com certificates and i never used them and i couldve swore when i purchased them the fine print said i can return for a full refund anytime but when i talk to the customer service rep online she said no that policy is not in affect and i could only exchange the certificates i just want what i paid for im not asking for anything more i want all my money back for the certificates i purchased thank you!

NOBODY can help you out. You need to read AND comprehend. A merchant can set whatever terms they want. If YOU don't read the terms, you just screw yourself...again!
It's customary for those with no further cogent argument to accuse the rebuttal poster of working for whatever business is involved.
According to people like you, I now work for over forty different companies...go figure.

Go to their site and under terms, read the section applicable to the type of certificates you purchased.
The terms are clearly spelled out....good luck.
