We are a non-profit food cooperative who bought a walk-in-cooler from Mike Osborne @ Restaurant Market Equipment.  Mike delivered us our cooler and at delivery he said if you are not satisfied with this I will come back and you can return it.  After our refrigeration expert examined the cooler he found that it was in sad shape and missing many parts.  I called Mike and ask him to pick it up since it did not meet our needs and was in terrible condition.  He said okay and never came to pick it up.  I called numerous times and finally 2 thugs showed up to pick up the cooler but would not return our money.  We refused to give them the cooler back, since they would not return our money.  Mike has been given notice that he needs to return our money in 10 days  or we will take legal action.  We have waited 10 days with NO response. Now we are having to take legal action to get the return of our $2900.00. We have recently learned that Mike Osborne and Restaurant Market Equipment have scammed other similarly.
