I responded to an ad on the net, talked to the rep and agreed if I was not satisfied I could cancel within the aloted time and not be charged for future shipments of their product, I canceled a few days after I recieved their sample product, realized it was junk, and on my next credit card statement I found a charge for over $167. I e-mailed them 3 times... suprise!!! no response, I called them twice... big suprise... noone answers, and no return call. They took money from my account and apparently can not stand behind their claims. I turned this matter over to my credit card company to handle. If it goes no where I'm certainly taking it further!! beware!! they feed off of our week spots and when they get the info they need you're no longer of any use... I paid for a worthless item and never recieved anything for my $167.00. Where are the morals of people today, does it always have to be all about the mighty dollar? At restoration hair it's all about our money... stealing from our accounts... it seems to be their main focus.... BEWARE! BEWARE!
