I must add to the report above that the Owner, Brandon Domack, was misinformed by by Ron, Kelli, and James, (his local managers). And I apologize for writing the report above, but wanted to set the record straight about Brandon. He's a good guy that was given incorrect information from his project managers.

James lied about getting us the paper work for the insurance company, which caused us to lose money. The insurance company would not give us another inspection because he failed to give them the paper work. 

Ron on the other hand, his real name is Dwyane Van Bibber. We found out that he's a storm chaser from Indiana and has a problem with alcohol, which explains why he showed up the way he did (under the influence). Brandon Domack fired him, James and Kelli for deceiving Brandon. So, it's not Brandon's fault for this. We should've waited to sign the contract and get the work done until we had the money from the insurance company. We did have all necessary paper work filled out, which was all legal and in order. We contacted an attorney and there was nothing we could do because Brandon had followed every rule in the book. Kuddos to him for doing so, I just wish his managers would've been trustworthy. Poor Brandon probably didn't even know but to trust them, I guess that's how it is in their industry though.

After all, I'm still upset that I'm out of money, but at least they did a good job on the roof.
