Complaint Review: RESTPLASS.NO AS

I have tried contacting http://www.restplass.no,but without luck.

They sold me a ticket a to and from ticket Oslo New york and New york Oslo  as you can  The company Restplass even called me on the phone after the purchase to collect my money and collected the  cancellation fees from me as well which I made because of my ongoing back and forth chest pain.

They when I informed Restplass.no that I wanted to change my return date , they told me at first it was not possible , then later they said it was only possible with one part of the ticket and so on. Then they said that it was the responsibility of airfrance whom they were working for.

I informed restplass that it was specifically noted on my ticket that my ticket is changeable. they simply refused.

I feel violated and ripoff.
