Complaint Review: Cisworldwide - Restricted Only

CISWORLDWIDE is a fraudulent investigative site. Complete Rip OFF. Do not ever ever use it.

I purchased this package for the purpose of doing a background check on an estranged spouse and when I tried to use it, it did not give me any inforamtion. It give you balance of points, then it took 30 minutes of just hourglassing. When I tried to refresh, it just took away points and diminished my balance.

I wrote to the tech support, but it gives me nothing more than 1) be a member, etc. garbage; and when I tried it again, it tells me that the information is in the disclaimer How can they disclaim that they did not provide a service when it's the material aspect of the service?

I am so pissed at the money they sucked out of me without any response, that I decied to take this up with this site, and take it to the BBB on line.
