I too discovered that my account had been placed on hold at BB&T, an account I had only recently established.  I had to borrow rent money and then figure out who this Results Unlimited was.  Further, I didn't even owe Sky Terrace money as they had fraudulently added charges to my account after I moved and then served court papers to my old apartment address knowing that I had moved as the lease was up. I never received a collection notice or anything from Results to give me an opportunity to dispute or make arrangements.

I agreed to a settlement so the bank account coudl be released and fees refunded but then made arrangement to make two $50 installments afterwards to balance out the settlement.  After calling on the second transacton to push the date out and verifiying with"Michelle" that this was okay, I went to put the money into the account on the arranged and agreed to date only to find they had processed the payment o n the original date ending in a NSF fee.  At first they were more than willing to refund the fee as the bank did process their transaction.  Tracy, the head of accounting, asked if there were any other fees that would result because of their error and at the time I wasn't sure that there would be any so I told her none right then. Supposedly they processed a check to me int he amount of $35 for the refund of the fee on the 11th, 9 days after we spoke.  I am posting this on the 23rd, 21 days after original spoke and 12 after the check was supposedly mailed.  I further incurred a $30 fee for the account remaining in a negative balance for more than 30 days. Now they won't refund me that and say the check was mailed and if I don't receive it by the 11th of October, then they will issue a stop payment of the original check and resend.

Imagine if I gave them that option when collecting the final $50 payment from me!  I asked for a copy of said check be faxed as proof it was done but they don't keep copies or a portion of the check and could only give me the check number.  I will be curious to see when the post mark was when and if I ever receive funds from them. Further, in my conversation with Tracy she said it was my fault because, "you should keep more money in your account." Further she said, "you should pay your bills."  Remember, I didn't owe even half of the money that ended up being paid and Sky Terrace was never able to prove the bills they were attaching to the property for me. Of course when I tried to explain this to Tracy she cut the phone conversation off, refused to answer my question and indicated that my phone calls would no longer be accepted.  I called back 5 times in a row before she would finally talk to me.  Then she answered the question with wait until the 11th of October and any further phone calls from either my home or work would be considered harrassment and she would call the police.

She threatened to have me thrown in jail because she couldn't verify when the check was sent or provide any proof of such. Now that I've read some of the rip-off reports, I'm concerned if I'll ever get my money. I may ahve to go to the beach on the 12th and pick it up in person. Wonder if we can get together for a class action?  Sounds like the reason they get results is because they go about it in a very sneaky yet barely legal manner, just under the bar.  I further hate that now I have to start a counter suit against Hercules Management to get some of my money back that really wasn't owed. This is really a mess.
