Resume Pro Writers Very unprofessional group. VERY poor writing abilities for a resume company! ripoff California Internet
This group promises resume writing at the highest level. I was never able to get a "draft" worth its paper. They are very difficult to work with and made promises they never kept. I received over 30 emails saying they were working on it. I was told by (3) separate people that it would be moved up to a high level of resume writer. If that is true then one can only surmise that they are not able to write a resume as EVERY "draft" sent to me had MAJOR errors in both layout and grammar. They strung me along for over three weeks and never delivered a product.
My advice is to stay away!

I agree that everyone should STAY AWAY from RESUME PRO WRITERS. I was provided with multiple drafts of my resume that were simply awful. The grammar in the resume was so bad that I had to point out errors to my assigned writer multiple times yet she still didn't, or couldn't, correct them. I requested help from the support team multiple times but I never heard back from them. The sad part is that I already had a good resume but thought that a professional writer could make it better. Adding a few verbs and using a thesaurus is not what I expected from my "professional" writer. In the end I gave up and accepted the fact that I had fell for the scam.

We cannot hide the fact that there are minor complaints that we receive daily but this is normal to all big companies because of the high volume of orders that we are receiving and many clients that we are currently managing but we see to it that these concerns are properly and immediately address.
We are aware that there are many competitors that are arising that is why we cannot avoid this thing to happen but despite of these allegations ResumeProWriters will still and always strive to provide good service to our clients and to everyone who may need our expertise.

Yes you do have a "hot line" but even if one calls nothing gets done! Calls are not returned! You portray your company as one that does good business and if so then may I ask why you never contacted me after I called the "hot line" and left several messages? The answer is simple; you just flat dont care after you have been paid! Your company belongs on this list!

Kenneth, I'm real and I'm sure you remember me and how you failed to follow through with the promises made by yourself on behalf of resumeprowriters.com.
The following was the last email and in fact the last contact I EVER had with you. I left message after message with you and for you with no reply to date! I stand behind what I have said; you strung me along for weeks and NEVER sent me usable product. After all the promises, in the end what is true is you TOOK my money and never did your JOB!! Shame on you!

Our company offers 100% satisfaction to all of our clients, we do not leave them until they are very much happy with our work as we offer "unlimited revision" If Mr. Keith is unhappy with our initial work he can easily contact us and ask for revision and If he is not satisfied still we can re-assign his project to another writer.
We have many satisfied clients and we are still receiving many orders daily. If Mr. Keith is brave enough, he will personally contact us and tell us his complaints rather than telling this lies in public. We checked our records and we cannot find his name, maybe he is just one of our many competitors in this line of business.
