Complaint Review: Resume Professional Writers

Not a legitimate Resume Writing company. They take your money and do next to nothing work that is poor in quality. When I called the "project manager" Robb Lucci he could barely speak english and had a heavy foreign accent (mexican).

They do all their selling via the internet and email. I challenge any of you to get someone on the phone and speak to them before you give them a cent. The way Robb Lucci spoke I would guarantee he doesn't have a high school diploma.

Advice: Before you pay someone to writer/revise your resume get them on the phone do the research and confirm they have the credentials to actually do quality work. My mistake was that I was lazy and they made it so easy to purchase not to mention the organized website. Its all a scam - stay away from these guys and any other resume shop where you cannot speak to a human being.
