Complaint Review: Resume Professional Writers

Do not waste your money hiring this company to create a "professional" resume to help you in your job search.  Save your money and do it yourself!  After months of asking for my resume to be re-written over and over again, weeks of non-communication, I finally gave up and re-formatted my resume myself.  When they did respond, what I received was in the vernacular of a grade school student, complete with grammatical errors!  I asked for my, promised, cover letter at least a dozen times and never did receive it.  This is a particularly heinous scam as they are preying on people who are out of a job and are desperately searching for a way to get a foot in the door.
