ResumeGenius Stole money monthly via my credit card Internet
I used ResumeGenius in June 2015 to help me create my resume. I only agreed to pay for the finished product. it was supposed to be a ONE TIME payment of less than US $10.00. No problem, I live in Barbados so that was approx Bds $20.00. Then they started charging me US $39.95 monthly! That is BDS $81.00 on my credit card!! I cannot afford to give these people $81.00 monthly! I noticed the charge in July for June and immdeiately asked them to stop via email. Yet this is September 2015 and they continue to debit my credit card! I want this madness stopped! I wished I had seen this site BEFORE I used ResumeGenius, they are bad news.

Hey there,
Please get your bank to cancel your card and issue a new one (if you haven't already)!
Then, file to get the charges removed as fraud - you did NOT authorize those charges! Try your best to get them reversed! If you only authorized $10, that's all they get. The other charges are all fraud and should be reversed with the money back to your credit line. When you file for the fraud, they will likely give you a new card.
Please, please get that replacement card, or they will keep stealing from you!
