My daughter signed up for this service in early December to see if it helped her with resumes.  She didn't get much value out of it and attempted to cancel within the original trial period by using the online link to cancel.   She believed she sucesffully canceled her membership, although she did not receive a confirmation of this cancelation.  In January she realized not only was she charged in December but again in January.  Live chat got my subscription cancelled but attempts to recoup the charge was answered by a quote from their cancellation policy. Cold and uncaring. Avoid these people at all cost. The resume builder itself is ok, you'll just get bent over when you try to cancel.
