The website in both text and images advertises they are a A+ BBB rated company. They also advertise this in their online advertising as "A+ BBB Rated". In reality, they have had 24 complaints about them with the BBB alone at a rate of nearly 1 per week for every week they have been a Certified Business. As a result, the BBB downgraded their business, but they continue to advertise that they are an A+ business.

After 32 complaints to the BBB and a B+ rating, Resume My Career aka Justin Meila still puts a rating of A+ on the website resumemycareer.com.
As of 7/28/12 the website says:

Founded back in 1912, this corporation closely monitors and keeps a check on the progress of different businesses as they function. Getting approved by the BBB is truly a magnificent achievement. We at ResumeMyCareer.com take great pride in stating that we have the A+ rating with the BBB. This rating is quite an achievement to have and even more a task to maintain. So now you can be rest assured to be getting only the top of the line BBB Rated Resume Writing Service right here at our website."
The site goes on.
"If a business is not ethically strong and does not practice the best of ethics in its environment then it may quite well get out of the BBB. The resume writing services at ResumeMyCareer.com is substantially professional in dealing with its clients and there is absolutely no compromise over the ethical issues, making us the top BBB Rated Resume Writing service providers in the United States."
If you go to the BBB website, you will see the B+ rating and 32 complaints for delivery, advertising, and misrepresentation, etc. After months of being downrated, resumemycareer.com falsely lists themselves as a A+ rated company.

File a complaint with the BBB and Ripoff Report if you feel this is deceptive. Ask for your money back if you purchased on the basis of the falsely advertised rating. File a report with Paypal or your credit card company and you should get your money back.
