Their website advertises a free trial, that one can enjoy for just the cost of S&H charges of $3.58. Their terms and conditions in very fine print, that the length of the free trial is 10 days from when the order was placed. They manage to ship so you receive alledged free trial on the 9th or 10th day. By then the free trial time frame has expired, and they automatically charge your card on file, for an addtional $85.26. To get a refund you have to cancel trial before or on the 10th day, and return product "unopened" for your money back. I did this on-line as soon as I got the stuff and saw the charge show on my account that I monitor on line constantly, and I got an automatic reply, that it was denied. So not only their conditions are ridiculous: what kind of a free trial is that? if they don't don't give you anytime for it, but they don't even adhere to their T&C. Which means that the intent to ripoff and take your money no matter what, was implied since the beginning. In addition, they don't even have an email address or a phone number that you can use, to discuss, and complain! No address either on the bottle of product.
Stay away, big time scam (how many people keep track of transactions on their credit cards on a real time basis!)

#2Consumer Suggestion

I found an updated phone number for ResV Pro at (866) 982-5122 When I talked to the customer rep I kept a level head and they were helpful enough. I got my order canceled. I also found out you can cancel at resvpro.com

I also suggest making sure you have the right company, or checking if you are receiving products from multiple companies. Its a frustrating waste of time to call one company, spend all that time trying to figure out your problem only to find out you have the wrong people. Its also frustrating canceling for one product, then receiving more of another product because you didnt realize you signed up for multiple companys products.
