Resveratrol Ultra Beware of Deceptive Busniess Practices of Resveratrol Ultra. The Free Offer that is NOT Free. The Gift that Keeps on Giving. Hollywood Florida
BEWARE -- I applied for the "free trial" by Resveratrol offer. They sent me a supply of their "all natural antioxidant," for which they ultimately charged me $87.00 (or something very close to that).
Then, every thirty days, like clockwork, a new bottle of the stuff would arrive in the mail. They sent me 3 bottles total, 2 of which I did not request, and they charged me $87.00 for each, including the "free" trial. The trial is only free until they bill you for it, but they don't seem to believe that is a deceptive business practice!
I called to cancel my order and told them that I wanted the charges for the bottles that I did not order removed from my credit card. It took about 15 minutes to get a service representative on the phone, I guess because the representative was on the other side of the globe. He said that he would cancel my order, which of course I did not order in the first place, after first offering me a discount rate, which I rejected.
I asked him if he would remove the charges from my credit card. He just kept repeating that he had "elevated my concern," to someone higher-up who would send me an email. I must have asked him 5 times, "I want a 'yes' or 'no,' will you be removing the charges for the bottles that I did not order from my account?" He would not answer my question. He ultimately hung up on me.
I doubt if they will refund the money for the product that I did not order, which amounted to several hundred dollars, because they do state that they will keep sending you the product until you cancel it. They certainly count on the deception "free trial," and the hope that you will sign-up without reading the "Terms & Conditions," and ultimately be billed for the "free trial" and several additional bottles sent before you realize that you will keep receiving the product unless of until you pro-actively cancel their account.
Indeed, they do clearly state their brazenly dishonest practices in their Terms & Conditions, as if that makes them OK:
HERE'S AN EXCEPT FROM THEIR TERMS & CONDITIONS

This is still unresolved for me, I owe it to my fellow consumers to share alternatives to giving credit card info to these scam artist.
In these tough financial times, when a company hits your account three times it shows that this is a scam. I hope you contact your attorney general as well as the AG in Fla.
If you go to Wallgreens, and are dissatsified with the product they will refund your money.
The reports on Resveratrol on the quality of the product are generated from the manufactures.
Wallgreens is the way to go, in fact the people who are saying otherwise have no proof saying anything different.
