I spent over an hour this morning TRYING to dispute the $87.13 + $2.72 (foreign transaction fee) to my credit card. Most of that time I was on hold waiting for a supervisor to discuss my dispute. That "ghost" never got on the telephone. I cancelled my order on 6/4 and it was confirmed 3 times by the representative that the order was cancelled and I would not be charged any additional charges. What was NOT relayed to me was that my cancellation call was 2 days late and I WOULD be billed for that month!

I calendared the day to cancel this product so I didn't miss what I believed to be the correct date where I wouldn't get charged. WRONG! I counted the days from the "expected received date" and they counted the bill date from the order date. This, of course also means you don't actually get the 14 or 15 days to actually try the product!

One of the representatives I spoke with today advised me they did NOT charge me this "Foreign Transaction Fee". I asked both representatives I spoke to where they were located and they advised Florida.

I was so angry (also out of work), I also called my credit card company to dispute this bill. This very empathetic woman that I spoke with said she couldn't dispute this charge. They are getting numerous complaints just like mine, and they've tried disputing and what they get back is a copy of this business' "contract" which states the trial period is from the date of order(shipment). My credit card company advised me the foreign charge IS also
from this order, so obviously they are being deceiptful.

It saddens me that in today's economy, when people are struggling, that there are individuals out there that are greedy and selfish, and prey on others.
I can't get my money back, but my satisfaction will be in knowing that those responsible for this "scam" have a Higher Power to answer to...and they will!

I hope others will not fall into the trap I did.
