Complaint Review: Resveratrol Ultra

Resveratrol Ultra Last shipment on June 16, 2009. Terms are next shipment 30 days later. Cancelled future shipments on July 13, 2009, yet Visa was charged $87.13 on July 17, 2009. I phoned on that day and requested a refund. Customer Service said that I had been billed the day prior to cancellation and therefore could not get a refund. I said, no, per your terms, there is a 30-day period between shipments and Hollywood Florida

Last shipment of R. Ultra was 06/16/09. On 07/13/09, I cancelled further shipments by phone at (877)819-2810. On 07/17/09, this company took $87.13 out of my account through my Visa Debit card. I phoned them on 07/17/09, said the debit should be refunded. The customer support person said they had placed the order on 07/12/09, before I cancelled, so it was correct. I reminded them that per their own terms, there is a 30-day period before the next order is automatically placed, and it had not been 30 days from 06/16/09. Then they said they would issue a refund between 3 to 5 days.

On 07/24/09, I again phoned the above number to report I had not received a refund. I spoke to "Nathan, #A-153." He ultimately transferred me to his supervisor, who said I could have a refund as soon as I returned the product which he said was shipped out the same day I cancelled. I told him I had never received the product, so how was I to return something I had never received. He gave me a 1st class USPS number, which of course is not set up to be tracked anyway, and also gave me a return authorization number. I said, "Okay, so now I have a return authorization for a product I never received." He said, "It is in transit." I said, "Since 07/13?" He said, "Yes."

Why do they even bother with this sham? It's obvious our money is gone for good, and for nothing.
