I ordered Resveratrol Ultra after hearing about it on TV. I have a thyroid problem and they said it would help my metablolism. Like a fool, I didn't read the small print and ordered the "free" sample. I received it and several weeks later received another bottle.

That is when I tried to stop the "bleeding". I did get that accomplished but they said I would have to pay for 2 bottles ($87.13 each). My credit card invoice even charged me for a foreign transaction fee because they said it came from England.

Finally, my credit card company got them on the phone and transferred me to them and they gave me a return number so that I could return one bottle for a full refund. It had to be returned to Carson City, Nevada. No longer there and the bottle was returned to me. The credit card company is sendinig me some forms to fill out and hopefully I will get a full refund.

I have filed a report with the US Postal Inspector and the State of FLorida, Division of Consumer Services, which is part of the Department of Agriculture.
I will also file reports with the Better Business Bureau, Fair Trade Council and the Federal Trade Commission.

It would be great if a lawyer would take this case and try to stop these companies from doing this to people. The interent is not always the best way to go.
