I ordered a free sample resveritrol. I paid the 4.00 shipping fee. I tried calling to cancel the order,but could not get any answer. with-in a week,I received another bottle and was charged 87.13. I call again to tell them there was a mistake. They answered this time and said there were no refunds as the 14 day period had passed.

You should have told them that you called them within the trial period but was not able to make contact. Anyway, call 866-949-0138. This helpline is more efficient and dependable. There must have been a mistake on the first phone number you dialed.
