Complaint Review: ResVibrant by Edge Brands

  I saw a large advertisement on the interned promoting ResVibrant anti-aging creme that they tooted as being as effective as botox.  I ordered a free bottle and paid only the shipping and handling of $4.95.  Two days after it came to me, I called to cancell them sending me a monthly product and fee.  The web commercial said that it could be cancelled at any time.  When I called the customer service person named May stated that I need to wait another 11 days before I could cancel it and that I would be billed $79.00 for the product.  I told her I could not afford that, and she said she could lower it to $35.00 a month.  I told her I did not want even that, that their ad said it was a free trial bottle, and that I could cancel at anytime.  She then said for me not to have a full amount to pay that I need to return the product.  I argued that I should be able to keep it as the ad says it is a free trial product.  In the end, I got her employee number of 12-1399 and was told to call back within 24 to 48 hours.  I will do this and see what happens.  This is total misrepresentation, not holding up to what the ad says and the employee telling you different, and stating that you are going to be charged one way or another.
