ResVibrant Rip off: Promotes a free trial bottle on their website--pay shipping/insurance only--it's acutally a subscription service Emoryville California

This company promotes unfair trade practices. They send emails making it look like you, lucky person, won a free bottle of their product, pay only shipping and insurance, which of course requires your credit card number.

My other half paid for shipping/insurances on a promotion for a FREE PRIZE. They apparently have a box you can check without actually popping up the terms & conditions and privacy policy, so their terms are not directly loaded onto their main page. This company has dozens of complaints on assorted sites over the years. Legitimate companies do not do this!

Imagine my surprise to receive a LARGE credit card bill for this product. I contacted my credit card company and when they 3-way called to Resvibrant, their rep claimed she couldn't find my name or my other half's names or my address corresponding to delivery--as if the order didn't exist.

My credit card company stated I could dispute the charge once it posted to my account. They advised me they were familiar with this company and it's practices. I didn't want to wait as I despise scam companies.

While you can dispute with your credit card company, you should call this company directly and tell them that if they don't refund your charge, you will contact the BBB, the Attorney General, and your local news media investigator for assistance.

They will try to offer you a 50% refund. Unless you want to pay that, insist on 100% and get an RMA # and a confirmation number. Document the call.
